Qualifications of Company Personnel

The Family Business individuals and employees have various degrees from UNL and Community Colleges. These degrees include Agronomy, Agribusiness, Fire Protection, Certification in Hazardous Agents, Landscaping with Design and Construction Management. Also, various workshops in Lawn and Landscape Management, Landscape Lighting Design and Graphics for the Holiday Lighting have been included.

The Director of J & J Enterprise, Dale, has a reputation as a Businessman and Realtor for over 20 years. Dale is a dedicated Realtor with Prudential Ambassador Real Estate. His son, Jonathon helps to manage the three divisions of the company with help from our company Landscape/Construction Foreman and the Service Manager. His son, Bryan, who is a Firefighter, helps maintain some management if needed with the companies rental properties. The Brite Lights division becomes a team effort during the Holiday Season.
